About Me

I am Qianyu Chen, an undergraduate student at Zhejiang University currently exploring research problems around LLM agents. I am especially interested in how agent systems reason, plan, and use tools effectively in open-ended environments, and how these systems can be made more reliable in practice.

My current focus is on LLM agent systems, with particular interest in reliability and failure attribution. Through research and hands-on engineering projects, I hope to build agentic systems that are not only capable, but also more robust, inspectable, and useful for real-world tasks.

I am currently pursuing my undergraduate studies at Zhejiang University and expect to graduate in June 2027.

Outside of research, I enjoy playing volleyball and going to concerts. 🏐🎵

Projects

🤖 SAGE Research

An autonomous multi-agent research system that turns a user question into a cited and structured report. The system uses a Clarifier, Supervisor, parallel Researchers, and a Writer to decompose tasks, search the web and academic sources, review evidence quality, and generate research outputs.

The project combines LangGraph orchestration, FastAPI, Next.js, MCP-based tool integration, and a local RAG knowledge base, supporting iterative quality review, parallel search, and report generation with citations.
